Austin Parks and Recreation Department announced that the Tony Castillo Plaque Unveiling Ceremony will be held Sunday, May 5 at the Pan American Neighborhood Park located at 2100 E. Third Street.
According to an announcement by Austin Parks and Recreation on April 25, the ceremony is for supporters, friends, and community members to come together and honor Tony Castillo.
Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the outdoor park setting.
