Screams on the Screen presented by Lake Travis Film Festival
Enjoy outdoor movie night introducing eight horror shorts by festival film makers. Jo's Coffee 4th Annual Ugly Dog Contest
It's that time of year again and Jo's will be hosting its annual fundraiser. Want to enter your dog into the contest? Email your dog's photo and their category to events@austinhumanesociety.org. The entry fee is $10 and 100% of the proceeds go to the Austin Humane Society. A photo of the dogs will be on display for voting at both the Downtown and Red River location of Jo's. Each Ugly Dog owner receives a free complimentary cup of coffee and a custom graphic of each pet's name and photo for you to share on your social media. Voters can cast their votes at either Jo's location. The cost of each vote is $2, which goes to Austin Humane Society. Finalists will walk in a parade on Sunday, Oct. 31 at 12:30 p.m. and the winners will be announced at 1 p.m. For questions call or email at events@austinhumanesociety.org or 512-685-0118.
