The Texas School Nurses Organization (TSNO) has appointed Diana Rios-Rodriguez, Manor ISD's Director of Health and Wellness, as its new Board President. Rios-Rodriguez has been in the nursing field for 29 years, with experience in clinical practice, education, and school administration. She is committed to promoting school nursing across Texas.
"I am deeply honored to serve as President of TSNO and to advocate for the needs of our school nurses and the communities we serve," said Rios-Rodriguez.
TSNO is the only professional organization in Texas focused exclusively on the interests and practices of school nurses. It plays a significant role in supporting school health services statewide. Rios-Rodriguez's leadership begins a new chapter in advancing school nursing in Texas.
