Austin Police seek help identifying robbery suspects from October incident

The Austin Police Department Robbery Unit is seeking the community's assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a robbery that occurred on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at approximately 4:43 a.m. The incident took place in the 800 block of Ken Street.

According to the police, the suspects assaulted the victim brutally, leaving them unconscious and taking their personal items. Both suspects then fled the scene in a Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck heading south on N Lamar Blvd.

The police have released photos and descriptions of both suspects. Anyone with information regarding either suspect or the vehicle is urged to contact APD's Robbery unit at 512-974-5092. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Capital Area Crime Stoppers Program by visiting austincrimestoppers.org or calling 512-472-8477. A reward of up to $1,000 may be available for information leading to an arrest.
