Manor ISD announces Prop A community meetings in September and October

The Manor ISD community is invited to learn more about Proposition A and its impact on staff and scholars during in-person and virtual community meetings scheduled for September and October. Proposition A, which will be on the ballot for the November 5 election, proposes a lower tax rate, increases in staff salaries, and additional benefits if passed.

Dinner will be provided during in-person meetings, with attendance limited. Attendees must RSVP by September 11 for the meeting on September 18 and by October 9 for the meeting on October 23.

Prop A Community Meeting #1

- Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

- Location: Manor New Tech Middle School

- RSVP Deadline: September 11

Prop A Community Meeting #2 (Virtual)

- Date: September 24

- Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Prop A Community Meeting #3

- Date: October 23

- Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

- Location: Manor Rise Academy

- RSVP Deadline: October 9

For those unable to attend, a recording of the meeting will be emailed to families and posted on the district’s Prop A website.
