Approval of Minutes
Approve the minutes of the Special Called Public Safety Committee meeting on May 22, 2023
The minutes of the May 22, 2023, Special Called Public Safety Committee meeting were approved on Council Member Kelly’s motion, and Council Member Vela’s second, on a 3-0 vote. Council Member Qadri was not present for the vote.
Discussion
Briefing and discussion on the Kroll Associates, Inc. audit of the 148th cadet class and long-term process assessment.
The Committee received a briefing from Austin Police Department and Kroll Associates, Inc. (For APD Assistant Chief Jason Staniszewski and Dr. Anne Kringen) (For Kroll Inc. Mark Ehlers, Rick Brown, and Daniel Linsky).
