1. Approve the minutes of the Public Safety Committee meeting on September 19, 2022.
The minutes of the September 19, 2022, Public Safety Committee meeting were approved on Council Member Kelly’s motion, and Council Member Vela’s second, on a 3-0 vote, with Mayor Pro Tem Ellis off the dais.

2. Approve the 2023 Public Safety Committee regular meeting schedule.
Council Member Vela made the following motion: Motion to approve the 2023 Public safety committee meeting schedule. Mayor Pro Tem Ellis seconded the motion.
The motion passed on a 4-0 vote
