Vice Chair Tovo called the committee meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.

Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee meeting on August 30, 2022.
The minutes of the August 30, 2022 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee meeting were approved on Mayor Adler’s motion, and Mayor Pro Tem Alter’s second, on a on an 7-0 vote with Council Members Pool, Harper-Madison, Vela and Kitchen off the dais.
Briefings
2. General Manager’s report:
• Upcoming Requests for Council Action; provided information on eight upcoming items for Council consideration.
• Innovations, events, and awards.
The Committee received a briefing from Jackie Sargent, General Manager, Austin Energy.
Discussion Items
3. Discuss schedule for upcoming work sessions and public hearings on Power Supply Adjustment and Base Rate Review.
