The City Council of Austin, Texas, convened in a special called meeting at the Austin Convention Center, 500 East Cesar Chaves Street, Ballroom BC and via Videoconference.
Mayor Adler called the Council Meeting to order at 8:23 a.m.
DISCITSSION
1. Discuss policy priorities, goals, and the potential impacts on governance for the City of Austin. Presentation was given by Kimberly Olivarez, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Services Department; Nicole Castanon, Data and Strategy Manager, Financial Services Department; Rodney Gonzales, Assistant City Manager, Management Services; Gina Fiandaca, Assistant City Manager, Management Services; Stephanie Hayden-Howard, Assistant City Manager, Management Services; Anne Morgan, Assistant City Manager, Management Services; Rey Arellano, Assistant City Manager, Management Services; Keri Lang, Interim Budget Officer, Financial Services.
Mayor Adler adjourned the Council Meeting at 12:28 p.m. without objection.
The minutes were approved on this the 18th day of November 2021 on Council Member Pool's motion, Council Member Ellis' second on an 11-0 vote.
