Starkitect, the musical project led by Richard Weiss, is set to perform at the Saxon Pub with a lineup of new songs and an ensemble featuring Chris Nine, Adam Tyner, Chepo Pena, and Phil McJunkins. The event is scheduled for Halloween Eve, offering attendees what is described as a "group therapy session" filled with music and surprises. Costumes are encouraged but not mandatory.

Richard Weiss has been active in Austin's music and architecture scenes for over three decades. His achievements include playing five SXSW showcases and winning an Austin Music Award for Best Pop Band. He also leads The Sideways Grimace, a tribute band for Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and performs full albums live with Recovering.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Weiss works as an architect. His projects include designs for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Kerbey Lane Cafe, the Collings Guitar Factory, the Comedy Mothership, and various other contributions to Austin's architectural landscape.
