On September 10, 2024, the Fall Fitness Festival will offer a variety of adult fitness classes designed to promote physical and mental well-being. The event will feature sessions led by different instructors, each focusing on unique aspects of fitness and health.

At 10:15 AM, Angus will lead "Mind-Body Flow Yoga." This session aims to connect participants' breath, mind, and body through gentle yoga movements. According to Angus, “It’s a mindful, fun way to check in with yourself and remember that movement is medicine.”

Following this at 11:00 AM, Patrice will present "Hidden Frequencies: Cymatics and the Cultural Power of Sound." This discussion will delve into cymatics—the science of making sound visible—and its historical and cultural significance. Patrice explains, “Today, sound remains an integral part of our society, even if we’re not always aware of its profound impact.”

At 12:30 PM, Chaz will host "Urban H.I.I.T." This high-intensity interval training session promises an energetic workout set against the backdrop of Pease Park. Chaz invites participants to “Join us for an unforgettable sweat session that brings the city’s pulse to the park.”

Additionally, there is a VIP class on the terrace titled "Onnit with Elle Collard," priced at $20. This session includes a glass of bubbly for those over 21 and focuses on exercises that promote long-term growth and functionality. Elle Collard emphasizes that attendees will “Leave moving better and feeling stronger!”

Participants are encouraged to register in advance for these sessions.
