University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) announced the opening of its innovative and first-of-its-kind branch in Georgetown, Texas. This new branch offers a range of services, including a 24/7 drive-through and walk-up ATM, a self-serve coin-counting machine, safe deposit boxes, and personalized financial expertise. The branch opened with the aim of improving financial accessibility for both existing members and the wider community.
The UFCU has launched an initiative to attract users to its new location. To mark the inauguration of its new branch in Georgetown, Texas, UFCU is presenting an exclusive 12-month certificate rate available for one month across all UFCU branches. Operating from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, the Georgetown branch, situated at 4409 Williams Dr near H-E-B, offers a unique and member-friendly atmosphere. Departing from traditional banking setups, the interior design incorporates a "living room" concept with comfortable seating, private consultation spaces, and financial representatives equipped with personal tablets. Additionally, the branch showcases a mural crafted by local artist Devon Clarkson according to a press release by UFCU.
The aforementioned mural draws attention due to its distinctive technique. Devon combines precision with the method of applying oils over rapidly drying acrylics according to the Devon Clarkson website.
Upon opening the Georgetown branch managers voiced their dedication towards their members' success.
