Austin is set to host the largest tech expo for AV and IT professionals in Texas, named AVI Live, on Nov. 8 at the Palmer Events Center. "AVI Systems will host an AV and IT expo in Austin on Nov. 8," announced the organizers.

According to a press release from the Austin Chamber of Commerce, more than 60 leading audiovisual and unified collaboration technology providers are expected at AVI Live Austin. Exhibitors will be available to discuss their latest breakthroughs with attendees, providing insights into AV and IT technology.

The event is free to attend and aims to help professionals find solutions to complex problems within their industries. It provides an opportunity for attendees to learn about new technologies that can enhance communication and collaboration in workplaces, classrooms, or any facility requiring professional AV, UC, and digital media solutions.

Exhibitions will showcase new technological developments such as "click to join" meeting room solutions; video walls and projection technologies; as well as new microphone and speaker solutions for executive board rooms. Attendees also have an opportunity to explore emerging technology trends like artificial intelligence and smart building technology.

In addition to viewing exhibitions, attendees have the chance to network with industry thought leaders, facilitating engaging discussions around these new technologies.

AVI Live Austin is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., featuring keynote speakers Philippe Depallens, General Manager for Logitech Services, and Brad Sousa, Chief Technology Officer of AVI Systems.
