The City Council may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.

1. Discussion on the adoption of modifications to light rail and implementation plans related to Project Connect.
Discussion and Possible Action
2. Authorize execution of an amendment and supplement to the Joint Powers Agreement between the City, Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Austin Transit Partnership to specify party roles and responsibilities related to the implementation and financing of Project Connect.
3. Approve amendments to the Project Connect Community Advisory Committee’s (CAC) bylaws to allow a member of the CAC to continue to serve after the expiration of the member’s term for up to six months if a replacement has not been appointed.
