Vice Chair Ryan Alter called the committee meeting to order at 1:09 p.m.
Public Communication: General
Five citizens spoke during public communication.
Briefings
1. Equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD) planning and policies, including the draft eTOD Policy Plan and anti-displacement funding. This item will be taken up jointly with the Mobility Committee.
The Committee received a briefing from Rosie Truelove, Director, Housing and Planning Department; Sharmila Mukherjee, Executive Vice President of Planning and Development, CapMetro; Warner Cook, Planner Principal, Housing and Planning Department; Anna Lan, TOD Manager, CapMetro.
