The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78701 and via videoconference. The following items were considered by the AHFC Board.
President Adler called the meeting to order at 11:14 a.m. Director Fuentes was absent.
President Adler recessed the meeting at 11:15 a.m.
President Adler reconvened the meeting at 3:17 p.m.
CONSENT AGENDA
AHFC1. Approve the meeting minutes of the September 1, 2022, Board of Directors meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. The motion approving the minutes of the September 1, 2022, Board of Directors meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation was approved on consent on Director Renteria’s motion, Director Vela’s second on an 8-0 vote. Director Kelly abstained. Director Harper-Madison was off the dais. Director Fuentes was absent.
AHFC2. Authorize the negotiation and execution of various agreements with nonprofit organizations and partnerships to prevent the displacement of renters and homeowners and create economic mobility opportunities in the most vulnerable communities within one mile of Project Connect stations and lines, in an amount not to exceed $20,000,000 divided among the non-profit organizations and partnerships. The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of various agreements with nonprofit organizations and partnerships was approved on consent on Director Renteria’s motion, Director Vela’s second on an 8-0 vote. Director Kelly abstained. Director Harper-Madison was off the dais. Director Fuentes was absent.
President Adler adjourned the meeting at 3:19 p.m. without objection.
