The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

MANOR – Zekelman Industries Inc. is developing Fuze Parmer Lane, an apartment complex at 8020 E. Parmer Lane.

The 567,000-square foot project will have a five-story residential building and seven-story parking garage.

Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, leasing center, business center, entertainment lounges, and grilling stations. 

Construction begins in June and will be complete in two years. 

STG Design Inc. designed the project.
