The Travis County Healthcare District has scheduled a telephonic hearing for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to allow community members to provide feedback on the District’s plan to issue up to $290 million in Certificates of Obligation. The proposed funding would be used for construction, renovation, and expansion of healthcare facilities across several sites in Travis County, including Promontory Point, Northview, Hancock, and Colony Park.
According to the District’s announcement, “The hearing will give community members the chance to share their input on the District’s proposal to issue up to $290 million in Certificates of Obligation. These funds would support the construction, renovation, and expansion of healthcare facilities at multiple sites in Travis County, including Promontory Point, Northview, Hancock, and Colony Park. All interested residents are encouraged to attend.”
