Mayor Watson called the committee meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Discussion and Possible Action
1. Discussion and possible action regarding recommendation for appointment of member(s) to the Municipal Civil Service Commission.
A motion to recommend Ayo Akande to the full Council to be the appointed to the Municipal Civil Service Commission was approved on Council Member Alter’s motion and Council Member Duchen’s second with no objections, on a 5-0 vote.

2. Discuss recommendation for appointment of member(s) to the Municipal Civil Service Commission (Personnel matters - Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code).
The Committee discussed this item and took action under item 1.
