Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for web redesign of the City of Austin’s austintexas.gov web site for Communications and Technology Management with TW Lrw Holdings, LLC d/b/a Material Holdings, LLC, for an initial term of three years with up to three one-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,550,000. Funding: $1,746,478 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of Communications and Technology Management. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
