SJ McDonald brings a blend of nostalgia from 90s country music with the edge of contemporary songwriting. Growing up on a cattle and turkey farm in Virginia instilled in her a strong work ethic and love for country music. After moving to Nashville at 18, she performed covers on Broadway before signing a publishing deal with Major Bob Music. This label includes artists like Garth Brooks and Zach Top.
