From iconic venues to intimate bars and outdoor amphitheaters, Austin’s music scene is set to dazzle and delight with a lineup of diverse and electrifying events. 

This week, we take a front-row seat to the city’s pulsating heartbeat of live music. 

Sam’s Town Point provides Beginner Two Step Dance Lessons w/ music by Sentimental Family Band & Jimmie Dreams

Austin live music venue that has been in business since 1980 with live bands every night. Sentimental Family Band is an Austin-based country outfit that does country covers as well as original songs. Jimmie Dreams is a native Austin guitar singer.

Waterloo Records presents Lisa Morales for an in-store performance and record signing

Lisa Morales is an acclaimed singer, producer, and songwriter from Tucson, Arizona and now lives in Austin. Lisa draws from a creative palette informed by the rhythms, colors, and flavors of the Southwest. She has toured with the Los Lonely Boys, Los Lobos, and Lila Downs and records music in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.

Hotel Vegas presents Gran Moreno, Los Juanos, Hotel De Nova

Gran Moreno is an explosive rock and roll duo from Mexico City who play blazing guitar riffs and thunderous drums. Los Juanos are a band of six with an Indie, Alternative-Regional Mexicano music.
