The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has opened online registration and housing for the 2025 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS). The event, which is the largest annual light construction trade show globally, will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from February 25-27.

IBS will once again co-locate with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS) during the 12th Annual Design & Construction Week® (DCW). Together, these shows are expected to host over 2,300 exhibiting brands across nearly 1.2 million net square feet of exhibit space and attract more than 110,000 attendees.

“IBS is the premiere event for the housing industry offering the best networking opportunities, top-tier education, and an unrivaled show floor with the latest cutting-edge products and trends,” said NAHB Chairman Carl Harris. “This year’s show is sure to be even bigger and better than the last, and we are excited to again welcome attendees from across the globe for the industry’s can’t-miss event.”

An IBS Expo+Education Pass provides three-day access to all IBS Education sessions and entry to both IBS and KBIS show floors. Attendees can choose from over 100 sessions led by industry experts on various topics. Additionally, there are pre-show learning opportunities available on February 23-24 for an extra fee, including the Building Science Symposium and a new Custom Building & Remodeling Symposium.

The expansive IBS show floor will feature innovative products and dynamic demonstrations organized into six main segments. Special areas include the New Product Zone, IBS Start-up Zone, Construction Performance Zone, Jobsite Safety Zone, and IBS Outdoor Exhibits like Pro Builder Show Village.

Networking opportunities are abundant with social gatherings, special events such as DCW Opening Ceremonies on February 25, Official IBS House Party at Brooklyn Bowl that evening, Young Pro Party at Ole Red on Wednesday night, and DCW Closing Concert after Thursday's show floor closure. Attendees can also tour The New American Home®, showcasing innovative building technologies.

Special discounts are available in September for registrants. NAHB members receive a free Expo Pass while non-members pay $75. Savings of up to $195 are offered on an Expo+Education Pass providing access to all IBS Education sessions and exhibits. Spouse registration is free.

The NAHB International Builders’ Show is exclusive to building industry professionals and their affiliates. Registration details can be found at BuildersShow.com.
