The Austin Housing Finance Corporation Will Meet On Wednesday, August 14, 2024 At 10:30 Am, Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX And Some Board Members May Be Participating Via Videoconference
The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.
Consent
1. Approve a resolution adopting the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the amount of $80,066,944; authorizing the development of program guidelines; and establishing administrative approval limits for the General Manager.
2. Approve a resolution that adopts the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Grant Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the amount of $37,191,951 and the Housing Assistance Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the amount of $3,200,000; authorizes the development of program guidelines for the named housing programs for Fiscal Year 2024-2025; and establishes administrative approval limits for the General Manager.
