THE AUSTIN HOUSING PUBLIC FACILITY CORPORATION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, MAY 30, 2024 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL, and some members may be attending via videoconference
Consent
1. Approve the meeting minutes of the April 4, 2024, and April 18, 2024, board meetings of the Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation.
2. Approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation’s Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Escuela Nueva) Series 2024A-1 and Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Escuela Nueva) Series 2024A-2 in an aggregate principal amount up to $35,000,000 to Escuela Nueva LLC, or an affiliated entity, to finance the construction of a multifamily housing development to be known as Escuela Nueva located within the city of Austin at or near 2013 Montopolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78741; approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of related documents in substantially the same form attached to the resolution; and authorizing specific named representatives of the Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation to execute the documents relating to issuance of the Notes and closing the transaction.
