The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation (AHPFC Board) was convened on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Austin City Hall, 301 West 2nd Street, Austin, Texas, and via videoconference. The following items were considered by the AHPFC Board.
President Watson called the meeting to order at 11:24 a.m. Directors Harper-Madison and Velásquez appeared via videoconference.
CONSENT AGENDA
AHPFC1. Conduct a public hearing related to the issuance by the Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation of up to $35,000,000 of multi-family housing revenue bonds to Escuela Nueva LLC, or an affiliated entity, to finance the construction of a multifamily housing development to be known as Escuela Nueva and to be located within the city of Austin at or near 2013 Montopolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78741. District(s) Affected: District 3. The public hearing was conducted and motion to close the public hearing was approved on consent on Director Ryan Alter’s motion, Director Vela’s second on an 11-0 vote.
President Watson adjourned the meeting at 11:30 a.m. without objection.
