THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, MAY 2, 2024 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL AUSTIN CITY HALL, 301 W. SECOND STREET, AUSTIN, TX AND SOME BOARD MEMBERS MAY BE PARTICIPATING VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE.
The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.
Consent
1. Approve the meeting minutes of the February 1, 2024, February 29, 2024, March 7, 2024, and March 21, 2024, Board of Directors meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
2. Authorize negotiation and execution of all necessary agreements and instruments with DMA Development Company, LLC, or other qualified applicant, to develop affordable housing on approximately 5.5 acres of land located at or near 6909 Ryan Drive, Austin, Texas, 78757.

3. Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to sell approximately 2.48 acres of land, being Lot 1, Block A, of Pecan Tillery Subdivision, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas according to the map or plat recorded in/under Document No. 202200294 of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas, located at or near 1127 Tillery Street, Austin, Texas 78702 to the City of Austin, Texas, for an amount not to exceed $784,202.
