Call to Order
Chair Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.
Public Communication: General

Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting on February 22, 2024.
The minutes of the February 22, 2024, Mobility Committee meeting was approved on Council Member Qadri's motion, and Council Member Kelly's second, on a 4-0 vote with Council Member Vela off the dais.
Briefings
2. Update from the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding actions from the UTC meeting on March 5, 2024.
The committee received an update on recent discussion items at the Urban Transportation Commission from its Chair, Susan Somers.
3. Vison Zero Update.
The committee received a briefing from Joel Meyer, Transportation and Public Works. Also, in attendance to field questions was Lewis Leff, Transportation and Public Works.
4. Bike lane parking briefing.
The committee received a briefing from Joseph Al-Hajeri, Austin Transportation and Public Works.
5. Scooter regulations update
The committee received a briefing from Director Mendoza, Austin Transportation and Public Works.
6. Mobility Outcome Report
The committee received an invitation to review the report from Director Mendoza, Austin Transportation and Public Works.
Future Items
7. Identify items to discuss at future meetings.
Citywide connectivity within urban trails.
