Chair Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.

Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting on January 25, 2024.
The minutes of the January 25, 2024, Mobility Committee meeting was approved on Council Member Qadri's motion, and Council Member Harper-Madison's second, on a 3-0 vote with Council Members Kelly and Vela absent.
Briefings
2. Update from the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding actions from the UTC meeting on February 6, 2024.
The committee received an update on recent discussion items at the Urban
Transportation Commission from its Chair, Susan Somers.
3. Austin Light Rail update by Austin Transit Partnership.
The committee received a briefing from Jen Pyne, Lindsay Wood, Peter Mullan and Yanis Banks, Austin Transit Partnership.
4. Project Connect multimodal integration update.
The committee received a briefing from Anna Martin, Austin Transportation and Public Works.
Future Items
5. Identify items to discuss at future meetings.
