In accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended, notice is hereby given to the public that the Board of Directors of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation (MSDC) will hold a meeting open to the public in the Midland City Hall basement conference room, 300 North Loraine, Midland, Texas at 10:30 am on Thursday, January 11, 2024. At such meeting, the Board of Directors may discuss, consider, and take action on any of the following items:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Introduction and swearing-in of John Trischitti III, Claudius Sanchez- Czyzewska, and Davis Tryson as Directors of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
3. Motion electing the Treasurer of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
4. Motion electing the Secretary of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
5. Motion approving the minutes of the October 12, 2023, meeting of the Midland Spaceport Development Corporation.
6. Receive and discuss a presentation regarding the current activities of the Midland International Air & Space Port.
