The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC Board) was convened on Thursday, November 9, 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 301 West 2nd Street, Austin, Texas.
The following items were considered by the AHFC Board.
President Watson called the meeting to order at 10:47 a.m. Director Harper-Madison was absent.

AHFC1. Approve the meeting minutes of the August 16, 2023, and September 21, 2023, Board of Directors meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation
The motion to approve the minutes of the August 16, 2023, and September 21, 2023, Board of Directors meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation was approved on consent on Director Vela’s motion, Vice President Ellis’ second on a 10-0 vote. Director Harper-Madison was absent.
AHFC2. Authorize modification of the Restrictive Covenants Running with the Land on the property located at 8806 and 8807 Redfield Lane, Austin, Texas 78758 to remove the requirement that all 33 units on the property be leased to individuals exiting homelessness. District(s) Affected:
District 4.
The motion authorizing modification of the Restrictive Covenants Running with the Land on the property located at 8806 and 8807 Redfield Lane, Austin, Texas 78758 to remove the requirement that all 33 units on the property be leased to individuals exiting homelessness was approved on consent on Director Vela’s motion, Vice President Ellis’ second on a 10-0 vote.
