Meet Chopper

Chopper is a 2 year old male Bassett/Terrier mix. Chopper has a very cute and somewhat unique look- he has a low to the ground long body with bowed out feet and is stocky (about 35 to 40 lbs) with a tricolored scruffy wire coat. Chopper was found abandoned at a local church tied to a tree. He was never claimed despite efforts to find his owners. He seemed to have an owner at one time because he wore a collar and appeared to be neutered. Chopper basically just wants to be a big lap dog. He seems dog friendly and non reactive to cats in our care. Chopper is a happy camper with most anything and his tail wags in a circular motion like a helicopter (hence the name).
