The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:
ROUND ROCK – Link Logistics Real Estate LLC is developing Settlers Grove, a 631,000-sf warehouse development at 2200 Chisholm Trail.
The four-building property will have 32- to 36-foot clear heights.
Construction begins in May and will be complete in 13 months.
