The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:
AUSTIN – Intracorp Texas is developing Conrad Residences and Hotel, a 65-story residential and hotel tower at E. Second and Trinity Streets.
The building will be the tallest residential and hotel tower in the city.
It will include 136 condos, 330 hotel rooms, and 11,000 sf of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.
The condos will be a mix of one- to four-bedroom options.
Flintco LLC is the general contractor.
