The Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University has issued the following press release:
AUSTIN – A partnership has opened Sienna at the Thompson, a 314-unit apartment community at 501 Brazos St.
The 32-story community is within the Thompson Austin hotel. It has studio and one- and two-bedroom units and is 50 percent leased.
Amenities include a music room, dog run, fitness center, presentation kitchen, and pool.
The partnership is composed of Magellan Development Group, BLG Capital Advisors, Geolo Capital, and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group.
