1. Approve the meeting minutes of the January 27, 2022 and February 3, 2022 board meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
2. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Summertree Development, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $460,000 for an ownership housing development to be located at or near 7308 South Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78745.

3. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Menchaca Supportive Housing, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $4,517,708 for a rental housing development to be located at or near 7331 Menchaca Road, Austin, Texas 78745.
