Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 20210811-010 ordering a special municipal election regarding funding, staffing, training, and oversight of the Austin Police Department; declaring an emergency; and waiving Section 1-2-4(A) of the Procedures for Austin City Council Meetings, Public Hearings and Appeals to allow Council to take action on a work session item that is also on the Thursday Council agenda.
