The Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee convened in a regular meeting at 301 W. 2nd Street in Austin, Texas.

Chair Leslie Pool called the committee meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.

1. Approve the minutes of the February 10, 2021 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee meeting and the March 3, 2021 Special Called Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee.

The minutes of the March 3, 2021 meeting were approved on Council Member Kelly’s motion, and Council Member Kitchen’s second, on a 6-0 vote. (Mayor Pro Tem Harper-Madison, Council Member Alter, Mayor Adler and Council Member Ellis were off the dais.)
