23. 26. Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund (Ordinance No. 20210811-001) to accept and appropriate an additional $513,000 in grant funds from the United States Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and to add 1.0 full-time equivalent grant position, for the Refugee Health Grant.

27. 29. Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund (Ordinance No. 20210811-001) to accept and appropriate $136,125 in grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program which provides housing and supportive services to people with the human immunodeficiency virus.
