CEDAR PARK – Shop LC Global Inc. is developing a 200,000-sf facility at 1700 N. Bell Blvd.
The property will serve as the company’s headquarters and house its television studios and communications, distribution, and sales teams.
Shop LC will employ at least 1,000 people there by 2033.

According to the latest Central Texas Housing Report released by Unlock MLS, residential home sales in the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos MSA declined by 9.1% in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
In February 2025, the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos metropolitan statistical area (MSA) experienced a decline in median home prices and closed sales, according to the Central Texas Housing Report by Unlock MLS.
