Red River Rising, Austin Arena Company’s community platform initiative, announces its upcoming online auction in collaboration with Dwyer Workforce Development. The event will run from July 1 to 29, 2024, offering music enthusiasts and philanthropists an array of signed concert memorabilia and exclusive live music and sports experiences.

Items up for bid include signed Eagles posters and a Dave Chappelle autographed skateboard. Attendees can also bid on VIP tickets to the Austin City Limits Festival and suite packages for upcoming Moody Center events. All net proceeds will benefit Austin-based nonprofits, including Community First! Village, the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), and the Red River Cultural District.

“We are thrilled to present the Red River Rising Online Auction, a celebration of music’s power to unite and uplift communities,” says Alex Katz, Community Relations Manager at Moody Center. “This event not only showcases the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters but also underscores our commitment to nurturing Austin’s vibrant cultural landscape while addressing pressing social issues.”

The auction promises a seamless online experience where participants can browse, bid, and win items from their homes. The event aims to support meaningful causes while celebrating music.
