Pole and burlesque showcase ‘Under the Covers’ set for one night at Long Center

Under the Covers, a performance event featuring pole, aerial, and burlesque acts set to popular songs, is scheduled for September 3, 2025. The showcase promises to reinterpret familiar music through dance and movement, offering an evening described as “sultry, playful, and unforgettable.” Organizers state that each act will offer something unexpected.

The event is a venue rental presented by an independent organization and is not produced or sponsored by the Long Center for Performing Arts. According to organizers: “This is a venue rental event presented by an independent organization separate from the Long Center. Any views or opinions expressed in this event or by the event organizers do not necessarily reflect the views, positions, or values of the Long Center.”

The Long Center has emphasized its commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment at all events on its premises. In a statement, it noted: “The Long Center is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment and will not tolerate demeaning, harassing, or discriminatory conduct from, or directed toward, patrons, artists, rental clients, staff, or volunteers.”
