Pfluger Architects, a Texas-based firm specializing in educational architecture, has appointed Lisa Fitze as its new Director of Finance. Fitze, who is also a Senior Associate at the firm, brings extensive experience from various industries such as commercial real estate and transportation. Her role will involve leading the firm’s financial strategy and managing its finance department.

Fitze is an alumna of the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She has been recognized for her leadership skills and expertise in both start-ups and established global organizations. Before joining Pfluger Architects, she was the Director of Finance at Loram Technologies, Inc., located in Georgetown.

In her new position, Fitze will be based in Pfluger’s Austin office and will oversee financial operations across the firm’s five locations in Texas.

Pfluger Architects is known for its work in educational facility planning and design. The firm was recently named one of Building Design + Construction’s Top 50 Architecture Firms in their 2024 Top 200 List, which includes a spot on the Top 10 K-12 Architecture Firms List.
