The Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas, is set to host a series of events throughout October. Among the highlights are the Austin Record Convention and the Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale.

From October 4-6, the International Gem and Jewelry Show will bring together wholesalers, manufacturers, and designers. The AAA Trade Show follows on October 10, organized by the Austin Apartment Association for professionals in the apartment industry.

Proofpoint’s user event, Protect 2024, will occur on October 15-16. This event offers attendees a chance to network and discuss trends within their field. From October 18-20, two major events will take place: the Austin Gem and Mineral Show featuring over 30 vendors selling various gemstones and minerals; alongside it, the Austin Record Convention will offer an extensive collection of recorded music items from more than 300 vendors.

On October 23, the DIR Connect Technology Expo hosted by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) will connect technology vendors with IT staff from various public sectors. The Signature Chefs Feeding Motherhood event on October 24 includes tastings from renowned chefs with proceeds supporting maternal health initiatives.

The month concludes with the Settlement Club Garage and Estate Sale from October 30 to November 3. Proceeds from this sale benefit individuals who have experienced emotional trauma or neglect through services provided by a licensed nonprofit organization.
