Ouro’s Mag Stripes have been a staple at the HAAM Corporate Battle of the Bands since 2017. Their performances over the years have garnered several awards, including Best Stage Performance in 2017, Fan Favorite in 2019, and Song of the Year in 2022 for their version of The Black Pumas’ “Colors.”

The band is set to return for its sixth year with a performance that will pay homage to music from the 80s, 90s, and beyond. The group includes Chris Blackburn on keyboards and vocals, Mason Nelder on vocals, Wade Weisser on drums from Product; Mike Ruscio on bass guitar from Finance; Ashley Spellings on vocals from Customer Care; Olibeti Moultry on vocals from Operations; Rudy Spencer on guitar from the Project Management Office; and Daniel James on guitar and vocals from Product Innovation.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5th and is presented by Cirrus Logic. This annual gathering allows professionals to showcase their musical talents while supporting a charitable cause. Bands perform 12-minute sets before judges from the celebrity and music industry spheres who award four prizes.
