AUSTIN – Ivanhoé Cambridge and Greystar have broken ground on a 170,000-square foot office project.
The seven-story building will have 5,000 square foot of retail and restaurant space, a pool, fitness center, and turf lawn.
It will be part of the 1121 at Symphony Square mixed-use development in downtown.
Construction will be complete in spring 2023.
