Austin, Texas is known for its vibrant culture and culinary delights. Among the city’s many attractions, a new ice cream lineup has been introduced that reflects the unique flavors of the region.

The offerings include a variety of innovative flavors inspired by local tastes. “Tasting Tuesday – Come and Taste It!” features a blend inspired by Texas Trash Pie, combining dark chocolate ice cream with Biscoff cookies, pretzels, pecans, and white chocolate chips. This flavor is humorously described as “Everything But The Kitchen Sink.”

For those seeking something sour and refreshing, “Surprise & Delight – Pennybacker Pickle Ice” offers a unique pickle-flavored ice treat.

Another option is “Bee Cave Crunch,” which combines Mexican vanilla ice cream with cinnamon, honey, and candied pecans for a sweet and crunchy experience.

“Hill Country Crunch” mixes cold press vanilla with honey, pecans, and soft chocolate chips to evoke the feeling of a relaxing drive through Texas hills.

“Texas Dirtcake” pairs dark chocolate cheesecake ice cream with Oreos for a local favorite. Meanwhile, “Mount Bonnell Crunch” includes salted caramel ice cream mixed with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Heath Bar pieces.

Customers have the flexibility to swap any curated pint for classic flavors such as Mexican Vanilla, OREOⓇ, Belgian Chocolate, Sweet Cream, Coffee, Dark Chocolate, Strawberry or Zilker Mint Chip. Vegan options are also available upon request via email at Catering@amysicecreams.com.
