Santa will return to the Long Center for Performing Arts in Austin on November 29 for the annual “Santa on the Terrace” event, presented by H-E-B. The event is open to the public and offers free photos with Santa in his sleigh, set against the city’s skyline. Pets on leashes are welcome.

Attendees can also meet Mrs. Claus and take “elfies,” or elf-themed selfies. The event features instant digital photo delivery via text or email and onsite photo printing. Discounted tickets to select Long Center Presents shows will be available during the event.

The festivities begin at 11 a.m. on the Long Center Terrace. Members of the Long Center and H-E-B Partners have early access from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., which includes cookies and cocoa.

The event is supported by Baylor Scott & White Health and Long Center Members in addition to H-E-B. Admission is first-come, first-served, with no guarantee that everyone in line will get a photo due to capacity limits; admission closes at 2:30 p.m.

According to organizers, “This free community event is made possible by H-E-B with additional support from Baylor Scott & White Health and Long Center Members.”
