The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

MARBLE FALLS – Kerby Ventures is developing a 245-home residential community on 452 acres south of SH 71 and east of US 281.

Lots will be at least 110 feet wide, and homes will be at least 1,600 square feet. Home prices will range between $800,000 and $1.3 million.

The project will also include a commercial portion and 127 acres of parkland.

Phase one will include 100 single-family homes, an amenity center, commercial space, and some of the open space. The second phase will round out the housing, open space, and streets. 

Full buildout is expected by spring 2023.
