VIAL, an indie punk trio from Minneapolis, is set to perform in Austin, Texas at Mohawk on December 1, 2024. The band consists of Taylor Kraemer on keytar and bass, guitarist KT Branscom, and drummer Katie Fischer. Known for their dynamic live shows, VIAL combines a variety of sounds in their performances. Their music ranges from aggressive tracks like “Roadkill” to more lighthearted queer love songs such as “Violet.”

The band gained a significant following during the quarantine period in 2020 through social media platforms like TikTok. They released their debut album “LOUDMOUTH” in 2021 after the success of their first EP “Grow Up,” which came out shortly after they formed in 2019.

Since releasing “LOUDMOUTH,” VIAL has returned to live performances with notable appearances at venues across Minnesota, including First Avenue’s main stage. They have also toured with artists like THICK, Skating Polly, and Jhariah. Despite only having their first tour three years after forming and releasing two records, VIAL continues to defy expectations.
